How I Work Please call me at 262-221-3971, email me at email@example.com, or use the contact form in the sidebar of this page to get in touch with me. After we have an initial conversation, we can set up an appointment for evaluation and assessment. Teletherapy To set up your telehealth session, I will send you a welcome email after our initial phone conversation. From there, you will be able to create a portal for my practice with a user name and password that will allow you to complete required forms and join the session at the appointed time. At the time of our session, just log in and click on the “Join Telehealth” or “I’m ready” button. If you have trouble logging in, please call me at 262-221-3971. Insurance I am in network with several insurance plans. Please contact me for an updated list of insurance providers I am contracted with. I can also work with your insurance out of network if I am not on your plan. I bill insurance directly and electronically on your behalf. I can help you understand how your insurance plan works for my services, and I am experienced in helping you make the best use of your insurance. I recommend that you also call your insurance company before starting therapy to understand your deductible and copay amounts. Copays are due at the time of the session. Fees Outside of insurance, my fee is $200 for the initial 1.5 hour couples session, $180 for a 50-minute couples session (including when just one person in the couple is seen), and $150 per 50 minute individual session. Notice to Clients and Prospective Clients Regarding Good Faith Estimate: Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your original Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises. Client Forms Please fill out the required paperwork on the portal before the session using the instructions above.
